Sharpen your culinary skills while earning continuing education credits with Escoffier at this year’s COMPLIMENTARY virtual summer High School Educators workshop!* This 2-day workshop for high school educators will include demos focusing on knife skills, pan frying, oven steaming with parchment, flavor profile & balance, and mise en place, just to name a few! The event will be virtual via Zoom Video Conference.
