    • Create a party at home with your friends and loved ones
    • Set up your event to display on a T.V. or other larger device so you can relax and enjoy
    • Make your favorite hors d’oeuvres and drinks to enjoy as you celebrate
    • Get balloons and streamers to decorate your party area
    • Wear your graduation regalia: chef coat and medallion for your event. Wear your toque at the end of your program ceremony during conferring of degrees.

4. What time will graduation start? (1:00 pm CT)
5. Will I be visible on camera? (Graduates do not appear on camera during the virtual ceremony)

Question: I would like to know if we can invite guests to our virtual graduation?
Answer: You will receive an email with all the links to attend the ceremony that you will be able to share with your family and friends.

Question: What do I need to wear?
Answer: Wear what you are comfortable in. While we encourage you to wear your Escoffier Chef jacket to recognize your accomplishment, you will not appear on camera.

Question: Will the names of students be read during the ceremony?
Answer: Yes, all graduate names will be read during the ceremony.

Question: How will I be able to watch the live stream?
Answer: You will be able to watch the live stream via Zoom after downloading to your computer. A link with details will be sent soon as we approach the day of the event. Use the link provided to join the meeting and watch the live stream.

Question: How can I access Zoom to stream graduation?
Answer: You can access Zoom for free by downloading to your computer ahead of time from this link: https://zoom.us/. You will also receive a link emailed to you for the ceremony as we get closer to the day of the event.
