Michel Escoffier, the great grandson of Chef Auguste Escoffier, will visit Boulder on March 7th, 2016. To celebrate his arrival and show him what Colorado’s young culinarians are made of, we’re hosting a Young Escoffier High School Competition and your school has been chosen to participate!
Students from all over Colorado will work together in teams of four to create a unique and delicious entrée using the food items and tools provided. The ingredients and equipment available will be announced one week prior to the competition. Only one team wins but each participating student will walk away with a $500 grant to attend Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
We invite parents, school staff and peers to join the fun and cheer on their teams. Each teacher will receive a gift basket and all attendees will have the chance to win door prizes.
