Some amazing brunch spots in Denver. It can be hard to pick a favorite meal of the day, this much is just a simple truth. With that said, brunch has quite a bit going for it. The perfect combination of breakfast foods and lunch staples, brunch brings together the best of two different culinary worlds to offer one heck of a meal. For whatever reason, whether it be the plethora of Colorado culinary school graduates in the area or the passion for the local food scene developed by the residents, Denver has come to be a standout in the brunch arena. The city is absolutely littered with phenomenal places to go and grab a lazy meal on a Sunday, and each offers different specialties catered to the enjoyment of their guests. With such a diverse array of brunch restaurants, it can be hard to know where to start. Never fear, though, if you’re a local looking for a new, tasty thrill or just find yourself in Denver for a few days, take a look at these few amazing brunch spots:

Harman’s Eat and Drink
Don’t let the simplistic name fool you, Harman’s Eat and Drink is an absolute standout when it comes to wonderful brunch dishes. Located on 2nd Avenue in the prestigious Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver, the restaurant has been described by Thrillist as the “perfect mix of comfort and affordability.” Guests rave about the steak benedict, which comes complete with a house specialty hollandaise sauce that is amazing. The eatery also offers a wide array of more traditional, sweet brunch dishes, such as waffles, pancakes and French toast coming in many varieties. Come for delicious food and locally sourced ingredients, stay for an atmosphere that presents itself far above the menu’s price point.

Dazzle
For some people, brunch isn’t about finding the single best dish, but centers more on finding the best bang for their buck. If that’s the case for you, then Dazzle is your Denver brunch spot. Found at 930 Lincoln Street, Dazzle is best known to many residents of the Mile High City as a premier jazz club. While Dazzle certainly doesn’t pale in this regard, it also has a great all you can eat brunch special each Sunday. Westword has reported that the brunch runs from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. once a week, and that $20 will gain a diner unlimited access to a grand buffet. The spread features classics like eggs and bacon, but also incredible comfort food like enchiladas, pizza and, of course, bloody marys and mimosas.

Beast and Bottle
For some, the ultimate measure of a restaurant is how well they source their ingredients. At Beast and Bottle, local food is the name of the game, and they play the game well. The menu here serves modern, inspired takes on classic brunch dishes. As Westword has reported, the restaurant has its own flock of hens, which they keep over at Cottonwood Creek Farms nearby. If you’re looking for fresh, locally grown and sourced food, this is your spot.
