Meet Your Chef Instructor
Chef Dallas Houle
Chef Dallas Houle joins Escoffier as the Boulder Campus Home Cook Chef Instructor. Chef Dallas has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry as a chef instructor, sous chef, executive chef, and culinary director. His education at Florida Culinary Institute helped ready him for positions around the country, but focusing around his home in Boulder, CO. His past experience spans roles in food truck fair to fine dining restaurants, farm-to-table experiences, and upscale vegetarian cuisine. At Escoffier, Chef Dallas leads the enthusiast cooking classes at our Boulder campus.
