Certified Executive Chef® Stephen Rafferty is also a Level I Sommelier. He owned Yellow Submarine Catering, which catered for crowds up to 300, providing onsite cooking and service for weddings, birthdays, City Hall openings, and private dinners.
He’s also worked as an executive chef and a private chef, an ACF evaluator on the Royal Caribbean cruise line, and participated in the Chef Exchange through C.E.C. in Italy.
Chef Stephen worked in Research & Development for Sun Mountain Foods Manor in Texas, volunteers for Mobile Loaves & Fishes, and has cooked for Czech support and relief dinners.
