Chef Julie worked as Pastry Cook for Band of Bohemia in Ravenswood, Chicago, when the restaurant received its Michelin Star. She was also written up by EATER Chicago for single-handedly running a New-York-style bagel service with just her own recipes when she was a Pastry Cook for Revolution Brewing.
Julie also worked as Head Pastry Chef for the largest catering company in Boulder, Colorado, called Front Range Catering Co. Additional work included Lead Pastry at Soho House and Company, in New York, NY, and Pastry Sous Chef of Bill White Restaurant Group in Park City, UT.
Chef Julie loves showing her students that anything is possible, even via online education when teachers and students are not physically together.
