"I like to view all of our material in every class through the lens of a dedicated culinary professional. I want my students to benefit from my experience — whether it is past successes, or to help them avoid mistakes and pitfalls."
Throughout his career, Chef Christopher has held positions as Executive Chef at private clubs, restaurants, in acute healthcare services, and worked in his family-owned restaurant.
After graduating with a degree in culinary arts, he moved to Seattle, Washington, and worked at the Rainier Club for three years, departing as the lead a la carte cook. He traveled from Washington back to his native South Carolina to help his family-owned restaurant. After a brief stay there, he began traveling and exploring more culinary styles.
Chef Christopher’s travels took him to work at Little Palm Island in the Florida Keys, the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and finally, he returned to South Carolina. He currently lives in Columbia, South Carolina.
