Chef Matthew was Sous Chef at Michelin Star restaurant Etoile at Domaine Chandon in Napa Valley. He has also worked as an Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine at various restaurants, as well as in yogurt and dairy production, wild plant and mushroom foraging, menu planning, and recipe development with attention to cost control.
In his spare time, Chef Matthew volunteered at the Food Pantry of Collegeville in Pennsylvania.
