Kirk T. Bachmann is the President and Provost of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts Boulder, Colorado campus. Bachmann also serves as host for The Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts podcast, “The Ultimate Dish.”

He is a fourth-generation German-American Chef, and consummate educator, always promoting the highest standards of quality – honoring the craft of cooking and supporting students, educators, and guests from all walks of life.

His many culinary industry accolades include Certified Executive Chef® (CEC®), World Association of Chef Societies Certified Executive Chef, Culinary Salon medalist, and member of the American Academy of Chefs (AAC), The International Association of Culinary Professionals, Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, Antonin Careme Society, Disciples d’Escoffier, and The International Food and Beverage Forum.

Today, Chef Bachmann is President and Provost of The Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, Colorado doing what he loves most— sharing his passion for the craft of cooking and serving students from all walks of life on their respective journeys to becoming “cooks for life.”
